We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for most events, and 3-6 months ahead for weddings and large celebrations. However, we understand that life happens -- if you have a last-minute event, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you. Peak seasons (May through October and the holidays) fill up fastest, so earlier is always better.

Absolutely! For events with 75 or more guests, we offer a complimentary tasting session where you can sample your selected menu items. For smaller events, we offer tastings for a modest fee that is credited toward your final invoice. Tastings are a wonderful opportunity to fine-tune flavors, adjust portions, and ensure everything is exactly to your liking before the big day.

Our per-person pricing typically includes food preparation, professional serving staff, standard table linens, dinnerware, flatware, and glassware. Beverages, specialty rentals (such as chafing dishes, elevated displays, or themed decor), and bar service can be added as upgrades. During your consultation, we will provide a fully itemized quote so there are no surprises -- transparency is important to us.

Yes, full setup and cleanup are included with every catering package. Our team arrives well before your event to arrange the buffet or plated service stations, set tables, and ensure everything looks impeccable. After the last guest departs, we handle all breakdown, dishware collection, and cleanup -- you will not need to lift a finger. Your only job is to enjoy the celebration.
